More Screens is proud to announce the launch of MNE PLAY (mneplay.me), a cutting-edge OTT service developed for the Public Radio Television of Montenegro (RTCG). Following a competitive tender involving multiple vendors, More Screens was selected as the most comprehensive provider, meeting RTCG’s stringent requirements for technology, service, and cost.
The initial release of MNE PLAY is now live, offering a seamless viewing experience across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, Samsung Tizen, LG WebOS, and Android TV. In the coming months, the service will expand to support an additional seven client devices, such as Hisense Vidaa, Roku, and Apple TV, totaling 13 different platforms and devices. This ensures audience can enjoy content anywhere, on any device.
Key Features of MNE PLAY:
- Live TV and Live Radio.
- Video and audio on demand.
- Advanced catch-up TV functionality.
- AI-powered content search with advanced filtering options.
- “My Content” personalization features.
- Multiple language options for user and video interfaces.
- A user inbox messaging system.
- State-of-the-art features designed to enhance user engagement.
Uniquely, MNE PLAY is not only a national platform for RTCG but also a resource for smaller local TV stations in Montenegro that might lack the resources to develop their own OTT solutions. This collaborative approach underscores MNE PLAY’s mission to strengthen the Montenegrin broadcasting ecosystem.
