The third edition of the .debug conference, which gathered more than 1,200 participants this year, was an indicator of growth of the developer community in Croatia and the surrounding area. These are mostly developers, who have been among the most in-demand professions in the world, with tens of millions already in shortage, and who are also in demand in Croatia and the SEE region. From that point of view, we think it is critical to continue adjusting the educational system to the needs of the labour market because these experts are sought after all over the world.

Conferences like this one always stress the importance of developer communities to digitize the economy and society, and we think it is important to be a part of such an event.

More Screens’ developer team participated in this event.
