Mobinet’s VOO Platform Ranked #1 in Mongolia’s IPTV/OTT Satisfaction Survey

Mobinet’s VOO platform, powered by More Screens, achieved a perfect 10/10 score in the latest national IPTV/OTT Customer Satisfaction Survey in Mongolia — marking a major leap from its previous 6.2 rating. The recognition underscores the success of continuous innovation and partnership between Mobinet and More Screens.

Mobinet’s VOO Platform Ranked #1 in Mongolia’s IPTV/OTT Satisfaction Survey

Our CEO, Predrag Mandlbaum, recently shared insights from his visit to Mobinet in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, where More Screens collaborated with the team on the 2026 roadmap and new service innovations for the VOO platform. The visit came just as Mobinet achieved a #1 ranking with a perfect 10/10 score in a national IPTV/OTT Customer Satisfaction Survey — a proud milestone for both teams.

Sometimes it’s hard to keep up with all the new developments, achievements, and customer milestones. At More Screens, we’ve never focused on writing fancy marketing stories — instead, we let our customers speak for us. We grow organically because we believe that quality always comes before quantity.

This week, our COO, Alen Mužinić, and I spent several inspiring days in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, working with our customer Mobinet (part of the KDDI Group, Japan) on the 2026 roadmap and new service innovations for the VOO platform. It was a truly creative and productive collaboration.

What made us especially proud was the recent Telecom IPTV/OTT Customer Satisfaction Survey in Mongolia — conducted by a local market research agency, evaluating user experience and service reliability across all major IPTV/OTT platforms.

In this survey, Mobinet’s VOO platform ranked #1 with a perfect 10/10, ahead of competitors averaging around 7.5/10.

Before our migration, VOO’s satisfaction score was 6.2/10, so reaching 10/10 marks a significant leap forward — especially considering that other local OTT platforms rely on vendors such as Viaccess-Orca, Brightcove, and Mirada.

These achievements remind us why we do what we do — to help our customers grow, innovate, and stand out. And while we’re proud of the progress, we know that keeping a position is not a strategy — continuous improvement is.
