Job Description

We are looking for a Finance & Operations Specialist to support our core financial, tax compliance, administrative, and legal coordination activities.

The primary purpose of this role is to help ensure that the company operates in a financially accurate, tax-compliant, and well-structured manner, with reliable data, proper bookkeeping alignment, and clearly defined internal procedures. The position bridges executive direction and daily administrative and legal coordination within the Finance & Administration function.

The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of accounting practices, tax and labor regulations, and corporate documentation requirements. This role requires close cooperation with external accountants, tax advisors, legal partners, and internal teams. We are looking for someone structured, precise, and reliable, with strong ownership over compliance, documentation accuracy, and administrative discipline.

 

Role responsibilities

Finance, Accounting & Tax Compliance 

  • Acting as the internal owner of tax and regulatory compliance:
    • Corporate direct and indirect tax regulations
    • Labor-related tax and regulatory obligations
    • Other applicable national and international corporate regulations
  • Ensuring readiness for inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews
  • Supporting preparation of management reports, financial overviews, and internal dashboards
  • Supporting submission of tax reports, payments, and statutory documentation

Commercial & Contractual 

  • Ownership and coordination of customer and vendor contracts
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with contractual financial terms and obligations

Business & Administrative Operations

  • Coordination and formal submission of RFPs and different projects
  • Hardware procurement coordination (project-related and internal equipment)
  • Trade show and industry event coordination
  • Administrative operations support

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, legal, or business operations
  • High level of accuracy, responsibility, and ownership
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work from office in Mostar 
  • Experience in IT / technology-driven companies is a plus
